Are you a homeowner thinking of moving and want to learn more about "Staging Your Own Home"? Join us as we cover many aspects of how to stage your home so you and your agent can maximize exposure to potential purchasers and gain top dollar for your home in a quick period of time. Informative, professional advice with easy and inexpensive ways to prepare and transform your home will help you remain objective and focused on the task at hand. Some of the topics covered are: the psychology of home staging, furniture placement, traffic patterns, space, editing, de-personalizing, curb appeal and many more. You will leave the workshop with a file full of information on how to transform your home. Be sure to bring some of interior and exterior photos of your home.

Christmas Workshop
Join me for a fun and interactive workshop that will help you get ready for the Christmas season. You will leave with a file full of tips on entertaining and decorating ideas for the holidays. Some of the topics covered include: creative table centerpieces, exterior décor, fireplace mantels, the do's and don'ts of urns, dollar store festive décor touches and easy recipes for entertaining. Bring in photos of your home so we can discuss your festive décor. You will also be creating a bath sachet, an orange and clove pomander and a jeweled ornament to take home. All supplies will be included at no extra charge.
